AlojaDesk is the brand used on this website to present human guest support and remote operational assistance outside office hours for vacation rental managers.

Pending owner details: full name or legal business name, legal form, address, tax identification, registration details where applicable, country of establishment and applicable legal requirements. Terms of use and ownership or permission to use brand assets must also be confirmed.
Services will be defined in an agreed proposal. This website does not process contracts or payments. The five-property pilot is an invitation to discuss a collaboration, without guaranteed availability, free service or a commitment to purchase.

This website has no forms, user accounts or analytics. Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links open an external service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Contacting us by email or WhatsApp may involve processing personal data. The intended purpose is to respond to your enquiry and explore a possible collaboration. Do not send guest information or sensitive documents in your first message.
Before collecting commercial enquiries, the following must be specified:
- The identity and contact details of the data controller.
- Final processing purposes, applicable legal bases and retention periods or criteria.
- Hosting, email and messaging providers; recipients; any international transfers and applicable safeguards.
- How to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, and to withdraw consent where relevant.
- The competent supervisory authority and how to lodge a complaint.
- Technical data processed by hosting services, including IP addresses and security logs according to the actual configuration.
If a collaboration involves access to guest data, the roles, processing terms, safeguards and necessary agreements between AlojaDesk and the property manager must be defined.
